The only creator credits on the original story are artists' signatures on page 1, Nicolas and Alascia, Charles Nicholas and Vince Alascia. There are no writer or letterer credits. The copyright I claim above is only for the new text, written by me. My research from several sources indicates that rights to much of the Charlton material was bought by Canadian entrepreneur, Roger Broughton. I did get an e-mail address for Mr. Broughton, but my messages were returned as undeliverable.
